Terms & Conditions

For the purposes of these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply throughout this document and all associated policies referenced herein:

• "0vo99" / "the Platform" / "we" / "us" / "our" — refers to 0vo99 and its affiliated operating entities, accessible at https://0vo99.net and any related subdomains or mobile applications.
• "You" / "User" / "Player" / "Account Holder" — refers to any individual who registers for or otherwise accesses a 0vo99 account.
• "Account" — the registered user profile created by you on the 0vo99 platform, through which you may access all gaming, betting, and financial services offered.
• "Services" — all products and features made available through 0vo99, including but not limited to the sportsbook, live casino, slot games, bola tangkas (Indonesia's traditional card game), and fish shooting arcade titles.
• "Wager" / "Bet" — any stake placed by a user in connection with a game, event, or outcome offered through the Platform.

• "Real Money Balance" — the verified, withdrawable IDR balance in a user's account, derived from successful deposits and settled winning wagers.

• "IDR" / "Rupiah" — Indonesian Rupiah, the sole accepted transaction currency on the 0vo99 platform.

Access to and use of the 0vo99 platform is subject to strict eligibility requirements. By registering an account, you represent and warrant that all of the following conditions are met and will continue to be met for the duration of your use of the Platform:

• You are a natural person aged 21 years or older at the time of registration and at all times during use of the Platform.
• You are a resident of Indonesia or otherwise accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction in which online gaming is not explicitly prohibited by applicable law.
• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent, nominee, or representative of any third party.
• You have not previously been excluded from the Platform or had an account terminated for cause.
• You are not a current employee, director, agent, or contractor of 0vo99 or any affiliated entity, nor a close family member of such a person.
• You are not registering or accessing the Platform for the purpose of money laundering, fraud, or any other illegal activity.

0vo99 makes no representation that the Services are lawful, appropriate, or available in all jurisdictions. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that your use of the Platform complies with all laws and regulations applicable in your jurisdiction before registering or placing any wager.

To access the full range of Services offered by 0vo99, you must create a single registered account. The following rules govern account registration and maintenance:

• One Account Per Person: Each individual may hold only one active account on the Platform. Duplicate accounts are strictly prohibited and will result in the suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances pending review.
• Accurate Information: You must provide truthful, accurate, and complete information at the time of registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in Indonesia, and a valid contact email address. You are responsible for keeping this information current.
• Account Security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. 0vo99 will not be liable for any loss resulting from unauthorized access to your account caused by your failure to adequately protect your credentials.
• Non-Transferability: Accounts are personal and non-transferable. You may not sell, assign, or otherwise transfer your account or any funds, bonuses, or winnings associated with it to any third party.
• Notification of Breach: You must notify 0vo99 customer support immediately if you become aware of any unauthorized access to or use of your account.

0vo99 reserves the right to refuse account registration to any applicant at its sole discretion, without obligation to provide a reason.

All financial transactions on the 0vo99 platform are conducted exclusively in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). The following payment channels are currently supported:

• Minimum Deposit: Rp 10.000 per transaction. Minimum withdrawal thresholds may vary by payment method and will be displayed at the point of withdrawal.
• Deposits Only in Your Name: You may only deposit from payment accounts registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited and will be reversed pending investigation.
• Withdrawal Eligibility: Withdrawals are available only to accounts that have completed KYC verification (see Clause 7) and have a verified Real Money Balance. Bonus Funds are not directly withdrawable and are subject to wagering requirements outlined in Clause 5.

• No Conversion Fees: 0vo99 does not charge currency conversion fees on IDR transactions. Any fees levied by your bank or e-wallet provider are outside our control and are your responsibility.
• Refused Transactions: 0vo99 reserves the right to refuse or reverse any deposit or withdrawal that is suspected to be connected with fraudulent activity, money laundering, or a breach of these Terms.

0vo99 offers a range of bonuses and promotional incentives to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published alongside each promotion, as well as the general bonus rules set out below.

• Wagering Requirements: All bonus credits are subject to a minimum wagering requirement before any associated winnings may be withdrawn. The applicable turnover multiplier will be clearly stated in each promotion's individual terms.
• Eligibility: Bonuses are available to eligible account holders only. Players who have self-excluded, been restricted, or are subject to responsible gaming limits may not be eligible for all promotions.
• One Bonus at a Time: Unless explicitly stated otherwise, only one active bonus may be held at any time. Opting into a new bonus while another is active may result in the forfeiture of the existing bonus.
• Game Contributions: Not all games contribute equally toward wagering requirements. Sportsbook bets, slot games, live casino, and other game categories may carry different contribution percentages as specified in the relevant promotion terms.
• Expiry: Bonus funds and free spins carry expiry dates. Unused bonuses will be removed from accounts upon expiry without compensation.
• Abuse and Manipulation: Any attempt to abuse, exploit, or manipulate a bonus offer — including through the use of multiple accounts, coordinated betting, or hedging strategies — will result in the forfeiture of the bonus and associated winnings, and may lead to account suspension.
• Variation and Withdrawal: 0vo99 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time, with reasonable notice where practicable.

The following general rules apply to all wagering activity conducted through 0vo99 Services. Specific rules for individual game types — including Asian Handicap, bandar bola (traditional Indonesian football betting format), mix parlay accumulators, live casino table games, and slot titles — are published within the relevant product sections of the Platform.

• Finality of Results: Once a wager is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled or amended by the player. The outcome of all settled bets is final, subject to any applicable disputes procedure.
• Minimum and Maximum Stakes: Each market and game carries its own stake limits, which are displayed at the point of bet placement. 0vo99 reserves the right to adjust stake limits at any time.
• Sportsbook Integrity: In the event that a sporting event is postponed, cancelled, or abandoned, bets will be settled in accordance with the relevant sportsbook rules published on the Platform.
• Live Betting: In-play markets are offered subject to availability and may be suspended at any time for operational or integrity reasons. 0vo99 is not liable for any failure to accept a live wager due to market suspension.
• Palpable Errors: 0vo99 reserves the right to void bets placed at odds that were manifestly incorrect as the result of a technical or human error. Players will be notified of any void settlements.
• Disconnection Policy: In the event of a connection failure during a live casino hand or slot game spin, the round will be completed according to the game engine's last recorded state. 0vo99 is not responsible for disconnections caused by the player's internet or device.

0vo99 operates a mandatory Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process in accordance with internationally recognised anti-money laundering (AML) standards. Completion of KYC verification is required before any withdrawal is processed and may also be triggered at other stages of your account lifecycle.

• Required Documents: You may be required to submit a valid government-issued photo ID (such as your Indonesian National Identity Card — KTP, passport, or SIM), proof of residential address dated within 90 days, and proof of the payment method used for deposits.
• Verification Timeframe: 0vo99 will endeavour to complete document review within 24–72 hours of receiving a complete submission. Incomplete or unclear submissions will be returned for resubmission, which may extend this timeline.
• Withdrawal Hold: Withdrawals will remain on hold until KYC verification is successfully completed. 0vo99 is not liable for any inconvenience arising from verification delays attributable to the player's failure to provide documents promptly.
• Ongoing Monitoring: We reserve the right to request updated documentation at any point during the account lifecycle, particularly in response to significant changes in account activity or transaction volumes.

All content on the 0vo99 platform — including but not limited to the 0vo99 brand name, logo, website design, software, game content, text, graphics, audio, and video — is the exclusive property of 0vo99 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

• You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes.
• You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any content from the Platform without the prior written consent of 0vo99.
• All third-party game content (including titles from Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Pocket Games Soft) remains the intellectual property of the respective studios and is licensed to 0vo99 for Platform use only.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 0vo99 expressly excludes all warranties, representations, and conditions — whether express or implied — with respect to the Platform and its Services.

• 0vo99 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or exemplary damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Platform or its Services — including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, or loss of profit.
• 0vo99 does not guarantee the continuous, uninterrupted, or error-free operation of the Platform. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, technical faults, or third-party service failures may affect availability.
• In all circumstances where 0vo99's liability cannot be excluded at law, our maximum aggregate liability to you shall not exceed the total value of Real Money deposits made by you to your account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

0vo99 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate any account at any time, with or without prior notice, if we determine — in our sole discretion — that:

• You have breached any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Your account activity raises reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, or other prohibited conduct.
• You have failed to complete required KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe.
• Continued operation of your account poses a legal, regulatory, or reputational risk to 0vo99.

Upon termination for cause, any Real Money Balance remaining in your account will be handled in accordance with our AML obligations and applicable law. Bonus Funds are forfeited immediately upon account suspension or termination for cause. You may request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting our customer support team.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and shall be construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which 0vo99 holds its international gaming licence. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through our internal complaints procedure shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of that licensing jurisdiction.

For players accessing the Platform from Indonesia, you acknowledge that online gambling may be subject to legal restrictions under Indonesian law. It is your responsibility to determine whether your use of the Platform is lawful in your jurisdiction. 0vo99 makes no representation that the Services are legal in Indonesia or any other specific jurisdiction.
